Manual therapy may be combined with cupping, hot stones, and guasha along with energy or abdominal work. Each session incorporates a variety of modalities to ensure a massage experience that is unique and tailored to your individual needs.

My massage from Brian was fantastic. I shared where my tight areas were ahead of the massage and he spent a lot of time releasing the tension using various techniques. There was a lot of focus on little pockets of muscles that are frequently overlooked by other massage therapists. Highly recommend!
